CURRENT POSITIONS
Founding member and treasurer, Corporacion Grupo Randi Randi (GRR), Quito , Ecuador . GRR is an Ecuadorian non-profit corporation that supports community based conser va tion of natural resources, gender and development, participatory watershed management, and micro enterprise development.
 
Director, MANRECUR Project, GRR, Quito, Ecuador (1998-present). From December 1998 to June 2002, project was administered by FUNDAGRO, Ecuador . New phase, March 2003-February 2005 is administered by GRR. Project is funded by the MINGA Program, International Development Research Centre, IDRC, Canada .  Responsible for management of 12 person permanent research team for participatory watershed management and sustainable development in Rio El Angel watershed, Carchi, northern Andes , Ecuador .  Work involves incorporation of gendered approach to watershed management, support to interinstitutional consortium that promotes conser va tion and development actions in watershed and technical assistance to municipal governments, and the scaling-up and scaling-out of the experiences to other Andean watersheds.
